Architecture & Design

The transformation of the historical building has been done together with Spanish architects Jordi Herrero Arquitectos and Eduardo Garcia Acuna Arquitectos, with interior design by interior architects at Wingårdhs, the award-winning firm under the leadership of renowned Swedish architect Gert Wingårdh and architect Helena Toresson.

The design concept merges the past with the present and offers sharp contrasts between the old and the new. Original characteristics of the building, such as historical stone, arches, and brick walls, have been carefully restored and highlighted. The raw architectural base is balanced by a warm and welcoming interior, where high-quality materials such as wood, wool, and leather embody the ever-present Nobis style interpretation of contemporary luxury. Nordic and Italian designer pieces are mixed with local craftsmanship from Mallorca, all in a subtle nod to Nobis origins - a Scandinavian hotel group with Italian roots, continuing its expansion in the Spanish market.
